Anacapa School
At ANACAPA SCHOOL, llearning starts with community. Our inclusive, tight-knit community fosters close relationships and provides opportunities for personal growth. We are expanding this year to add a 6th grade, officially becoming a 6th–12th-grade school. Our curriculum centers on Global Citizenship, Project-Based Learning, and Experiential Outdoor Learning, built on a strong foundation of social and emotional learning, encouraging students to become active, responsible citizens. With a 5:1 ratio, we facilitate deep intellectual discourse between students and faculty and offer a unique interdisciplinary 6th, 7th & 8th grade program. Located in downtown Santa Barbara, Anacapa nurtures creative, critical thinkers who engage with the city’s art, culture, and government organizations.
